Privacy policy
Effective August 18, 2026
RPH Building Supplies LLC (“RPH,” “we,” “us”) operates RPH Operations for authorized employees, contractors, customers, builders, designers and trades involved in RPH cabinetry projects. This policy explains how information in the application is handled.
Information we collect
We collect account and business-contact information; company, lead and job information; plans, drawings, estimates, approvals, selections and change orders; site measurements, daily logs, tasks, messages, photographs, videos and files; payment-status records; and technical records such as timestamps, device/browser details, sign-in activity and security/audit events.
How we use information
We use information to manage customer relationships and cabinetry projects, coordinate authorized participants, prepare and approve project documents, schedule production and installation, track job costs and payments, secure the service, investigate errors, maintain audit history, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Who can access information
Access is limited by organization, job assignment and role. Customers and external trades are not permitted to access internal supplier costs, gross margins, management notes, unrelated jobs or other restricted records. Information may also be processed by vendors that host the application, database, file storage, authentication, email and error monitoring, subject to their service agreements.
Sharing
We share project information with authorized job participants when needed for the project, with service providers acting for RPH, or when required to protect rights, safety or comply with law. RPH does not sell personal information.
Retention
RPH retains records according to its data-retention schedule, contractual and legal needs, security requirements and any preservation hold. Local unfinished field drafts are temporary and should be synchronized promptly. Authorized deletion requests are evaluated against project, accounting, warranty, dispute and audit obligations.
Security
RPH uses password authentication, mandatory multi-factor authentication for privileged accounts, row-level access controls, private file storage, encryption provided by its hosting services, logging and backups. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Your choices and requests
You may ask RPH to correct inaccurate contact information, review access, or evaluate a deletion request. RPH may need to retain records where required for a project, contract, accounting, security, dispute or legal obligation.
