Terms of use
Effective August 18, 2026
These terms govern access to RPH Operations, an application operated by RPH Building Supplies LLC. Access is limited to people invited or otherwise authorized by RPH. Project contracts, approved proposals and change orders control the commercial terms of each project and take priority over these application terms if there is a conflict.
Authorized use
You may use the application only for legitimate RPH business and the jobs to which you are assigned. You must provide accurate information, preserve project records, follow applicable site and safety requirements, and use comments, files and messages professionally.
Account security
Keep your password and authenticator access private, use your own account, and notify RPH immediately of suspected compromise. Do not share sessions, bypass access controls, probe unrelated records, scrape the service, introduce malicious content or upload content you are not permitted to share.
Project records and approvals
Electronic approvals, sign-offs, timestamps and audit events may be used as project records. Review documents carefully before approval. Approved proposals, drawings, selections and change orders are locked; corrections require a new version. Do not rely on the application for emergency communications or immediate site-safety response.
Files and submitted content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and represent that you have permission to provide it. You allow RPH and authorized project participants to store, reproduce and use that content as reasonably needed to perform and document the applicable project.
Availability and changes
RPH may maintain, update, limit or suspend the service to protect users, data or operations. Construction schedules and field conditions change; dates and statuses in the application are planning information unless an approved project document says otherwise.
No emergency or professional-safety service
The application is an operational coordination tool. It does not replace required site supervision, safety procedures, building-code compliance, engineering review, contract notices or emergency services.
Access removal
RPH may suspend or remove access when a user leaves a company or job, violates these terms, creates a security risk, or no longer needs the information. Audit and project records may remain according to RPH’s retention policy.
